How to get started

1. Quotations and project assignment
Client contacts us with inquiry regarding our services, delivery time and instructions. Our Account Manager (AM) offers quotation and deadline accordingly and then forwards the confirmed project information to Project Manager (PM). PM chooses the suitable translator / editor / proofreader according to the scoreboard in our CRM and the work is allocated.
2. QA
Once finished files received, PM does QA work with QA tools and then check sentence by sentence. Corrections will be made by linguists if needed.
3. Timely delivery and feedback
Related AM checks all the files again according to instructions. OK files will be delivered to customers. If there are any modifications to be required from customer, the team (AM + PM + Translators) will check and update.

Quotation
Clients offer documents and instructions of project and we offer detailed quotation accordingly after evaluating word count, time spent and difficulty.
Proceeding
For Data Collection, Recording and Annotations, usually, we will ask customer to offer QA account for us to handle internal QA. For Interpretation, DTP, Voice-over, dubbing and subtitling and Transcription services, we have CRM with scoreboard. Projects will be issued to the person who has a high score.
QA
For translation, we have professional QA tools such as X-bench, QA Distiller and Verifika. Project Managers check sentence by sentence after QA with QA Tools and forward to linguist for corrections if needed.
